Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Morrow Family App LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Morrow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the Morrow website and application. By creating an account or using Morrow, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who may use Morrow

Morrow is intended for adults, including parents, guardians, caregivers, and other adults managing family information. It is not intended for children to independently create or manage accounts.

By using Morrow, you represent that you are legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use Morrow on behalf of a family or other person, you are responsible for having appropriate authority to provide and manage the information you submit.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account information.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us at hello@morrow-family.app.

You may change your own email address and delete your own account using Morrow's account controls. Some information is shared at the family level and is managed separately as described below.

3. Families and family managers

Morrow allows information to be shared among authenticated users who belong to the same Morrow family. Only add people you trust to access your family's shared information.

Certain actions are reserved for family managers. Family managers may add or remove family members, manage associated school information, and delete shared family data. Deleting an individual account does not necessarily delete information belonging to a shared family.

You are responsible for deciding who should have access to your Morrow family and for using family-management controls appropriately.

4. Information and content you provide

You may provide Morrow with school documents, screenshots, schedules, newsletters, flyers, notes, questions, family information, and other content (“Your Content”).

You retain ownership of Your Content. You give Morrow a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, transmit, process, reproduce, and otherwise use Your Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve Morrow and provide the features you request.

You represent that you have the right or appropriate authority to submit Your Content and allow Morrow to process it. Do not upload content that you are prohibited from sharing or that unlawfully violates another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

5. AI-powered features

Morrow uses artificial intelligence to help read documents, identify useful information, connect related details, and answer questions about information available to Morrow. Certain information may be sent to third-party AI service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misunderstood. You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it where accuracy matters.

Morrow should not be used as the sole source for emergency, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You may use Morrow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• use Morrow to violate applicable law or another person's rights;
• upload malicious code, attempt to compromise Morrow, or interfere with its security or operation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, family, system, or data;
• use automated means to scrape, overload, probe, or abuse the service;
• misrepresent your identity or authority to access or provide information;
• use Morrow to harass, exploit, or harm another person; or
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract non-public source code except to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by law.

7. Morrow's intellectual property

Morrow, including its software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, and original content, is owned by Morrow or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Morrow or its intellectual property to you.

Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Morrow for its intended purpose.

8. Feedback

If you voluntarily send us suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about Morrow, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to improve or develop Morrow. This does not give us ownership of your family information or other Your Content.

9. Third-party services

Morrow relies on third-party providers for services such as hosting, authentication, database infrastructure, artificial intelligence processing, and email delivery. Morrow may also link to websites or services operated by others.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Morrow collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes personal information. Please review it as part of your use of Morrow.

11. Changes to Morrow

Morrow is an evolving service. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, including beta or experimental features. We may also impose reasonable technical limits when necessary to operate or protect the service.

We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not promise that every feature will always remain available or operate in exactly the same way.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Morrow at any time and may delete your account through the available account controls.

We may suspend or terminate access to Morrow if we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, violates these Terms, creates a security risk, harms other users or Morrow, or if suspension is reasonably necessary to protect the service.

Where reasonable, we will attempt to provide notice before terminating an account, unless immediate action is necessary for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or abuse-related reasons.

13. Service availability and disclaimers

We work to make Morrow useful and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that Morrow will identify every relevant detail in information you provide.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morrow disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morrow and its owners, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to your use of Morrow.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morrow's aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Morrow, if any, during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Morrow and its owners, affiliates, and contractors from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Morrow, your material violation of these Terms, or Your Content when you did not have the right or authority to provide it.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Morrow evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date above. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice when appropriate. Your continued use of Morrow after updated Terms take effect means you agree to the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

18. General terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not transfer these Terms or your account without our consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
